West Fraser Named One of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2026
West Fraser has once again been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers. This marks our thirteenth consecutive year receiving this honour, recognizing our continued commitment to creating a safe, inclusive and rewarding workplace.
This recognition reflects the dedication of our employees across all operations. We work to create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and able to grow their careers.

This follows several similar honours received in 2025, including, BC’s Top Employers and Canada’s Top Employers for Young People. Together, these recognitions highlight our efforts to support employee development, foster strong workplace culture and offer programs that help people thrive.
Canada’s Top 100 Employers is an editorial project led by Mediacorp Canada. Employers are evaluated on criteria including workplace atmosphere, benefits, time off, employee communications, performance management, training and community involvement.
