This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Use and forms an integral part of them.

We may modify this Policy from time to time. When we post changes to this Policy, we will update the “last modified” date at the top of this page. You should review this Policy from time to time to keep informed about how we handle your personal information. By accessing and/or using any part of our website, you signify that you understand and agree with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not access or use our website.

In this Policy, “personal information” means information about an identifiable individual. Personal information does not include business contact information or information concerning a person’s performance of duties within an enterprise, as defined by applicable privacy laws.

Also, in the unlikely event that we (or our assets) are acquired by another party, your personal information may be transferred or disclosed to other parties to that transaction.
  • Legal Disclosure—We may disclose your personal information as permitted or required by law. For example, we may be compelled to release personal information by a court of law or other person or entity with jurisdiction to compel production of such information. If we have reasonable grounds to believe that personal information could be useful in the investigation of improper or unlawful activity, we may disclose that information to law enforcement agencies or other appropriate investigative bodies.

  • Links to Other Websites—Our website may contain links to other websites (including social media platforms), products, services, offerings or Internet resources which we do not own or operate. These links are provided solely for your convenience and not as an endorsement. We have no responsibility or liability for, or control over, those other resources or their collection, use, disclosure, protection or other handling of your personal information. Before using the resources or providing your personal information to the third parties that operate them, we encourage you to read their privacy policies, statements, notices and terms of use to learn how they handle your personal information.
  • Limitations—Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send us sensitive information through email or through the forms on our website. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting our Privacy Officer at the contact information listed below. If you choose to notify us by physical mail, this will delay the time it takes for us to respond to the problem.

  1. Retention of Your Personal Information

We keep your personal information only as long as we need it for legitimate business purposes and to meet any legal requirements. Where required by applicable law, personal information used to make a decision that directly affects an individual will be kept for at least one year after such a decision.

We destroy or anonymize personal information when it is no longer needed or required to be kept. Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding, and personal information stored by electronic means is deleted using a technical method that cannot be reproduced.
