Manage a team of maintenance technicians on a daily basis; perform evaluations, counseling and coaching sessions as needed for each member. Maintain the facility in both safety and machinery; follow up with all issues in a timely manner; be able to work well with all members of management and act accordingly. The expectations of this position it to work closely with Reliability Manager, Vibration Technician and Scheduler to ensure immediate risk needs are addressed, PM schedules are rigorously adhered to, and upset conditions are minimized. You are to communicate with the area managers about issues or needs and prioritize them to fit the needs of the company.
