Our OSB Mill in Nacogdoches, TX is hiring for a Process Engineer. The OSB Process Improvement Engineer is central to the technical and process control expertise of the OSB Operation. The scope of this position is to drive continuous improvement results through, data based and priority setting, decision making. This position will also improve mill reliability by strategically aligning the mills daily activities to best practice standards, and measure results. The Process Engineer will have a strong interaction with both the equipment, as well as the maintenance and operation personnel. This is a ‘hands-on’ shop floor focused approach to engineering, incorporating aspects of mechanical engineering, reliability engineer, quality engineering and process engineering.
