Reliability Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following:

Ability to analyze and interpret vibration data to guide and optimize maintenance strategies.

Manage the work of all direct reports to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with codes and regulations regarding the work performed. - Maintain an effective preventive maintenance program to maximize overall production reliability and reduce maintenance and production expenditures.
- Recommend and set up training programs to maximize the potential for each individual reporting to him/her, as well as meeting state and local licensing requirements for members.
- Develop and maintain a reliability program that minimizes breakdowns and captures all work performed to ensure a comprehensive work history so deficient areas can be identified and improved.
- Adhere to West Fraser's philosophy and rules to ensure that safe practices and procedures are strictly observed.
- Work closely with the Planner, Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, Production Manager, and Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in coordinating work.
- Establish, maintain, support, and communicate key performance indicators supporting Overall Production Reliability.
- Continually audit the CMMS for correct information and coach personnel to ensure quality information is being captured.
- Administer an effective safety program within the Reliability Group and support the overall plant safety policies
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient use and understanding of computer applications and data systems including computerized maintenance management systems.
- Ability to perform statistical reliability analysis.
- Ability to read and understand plant technical documents including operations and maintenance manuals, technical drawings, schematics, logic diagrams, and safety materials.
Education:
- Five or more years of relevant maintenance and reliability experience in fixed plant equipment.
