IT Manager, Maintenance and Procurement Systems

We are seeking an IT Manager, Maintenance and Procurement Systems, to lead the enterprise technologies that support our operations, maintenance management, reliability, and procurement functions. Based from one of our corporate offices in Vancouver BC, or Quesnel, BC or Memphis, TN you will oversee a team of application specialists, partner with business leaders and lead the delivery of improvements to system performance, business processes, and operational efficiency.

 What You’ll Do

  •  Ensure reliable day-to-day operation and support of business-critical maintenance and purchasing applications
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and development to a team of technical analysts and administrators
  • Work with business leaders to prioritize enhancements, projects, support needs, and technology lifecycle needs based on business value and risk
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve system usage, and deliver measurable operational value
  • Manage vendor relationships and service levels
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects within this team’s portfolio
  • Direct system upgrades, integrations, and compliance activities, ensuring regulatory, licensing, and security requirements are met
  • Participate hands-on in key projects when necessary to ensure delivery

Compensation Package:

  • The salary range for this position may vary depending on experience, education, and location. The yearly salary range is between $124,000 - $147,000
  • Annual bonus opportunity 
  • Outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, pension, life insurance, disability, accident insurance, vacation, and holidays
