Responsibilities for this position include the safe and efficient operation of mobile equipment, both in Kilns and Shipping. This individual may also be trained to operate kilns and be educated on the science of lumber drying. An ideal candidate will be trained to load lumber trucks, assist in rail car loading, cabling, railcar spotting, relieving other operators and other related tasks.

Blue Ridge is located near the growing, family-friendly community of Whitecourt, Alberta, and is a short one and half hour drive from Edmonton. Our mill and forest operations form an integral part of the community, providing economic stability to employees and families that live in the Whitecourt, Mayerthorpe and Blue Ridge areas.
