Woodlands Accounts Payable

This role reports to the Woods Controller and is a key part of the contractor pay group, which oversees payments for logging, hauling, and residual operations in Western Canada.
You'll Do:
- Initiating, monitoring, and processing woodlands contractor invoicing for log and residual products,
- Ensuring timely contractor and government payments,
- Preparation of internal and external reporting packages,
- Ensuring compliance with specific Sarbanes-Oxley internal controls,
- Communicating and assisting with various divisional woodland groups and management,
- Coordinating and leading divisional training sessions,
- Supporting continuous improvement in processes and practices.
You have:
- The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, possessing strong communication, planning, organization, and computer skills.
- Knowledge of LIMS, Oracle Financials, and Woodlands operations is an asset.
- A degree or diploma in office administration or business management is preferred.
Compensation Package:
- The typical salary range for this position is $62,000-$73,000 and may vary depending on experience and education.
