Senior Business Insights Analyst

We’re looking for a highly proactive Senior Business Insight Analyst who thrives at the intersection of analytics, business strategy, and stakeholder influence. In this role, you’ll turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape organizational decisions, uncover growth opportunities, and help the business anticipate future trends. If you’re a self‑starter who loves enabling teams with meaningful insights, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Decision enablement and business insights
- Lead deep dive analyses to uncover performance drivers, forecast outcomes, and identify operational and financial improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex analytical findings into compelling, accessible insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with Logistics, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other teams to understand priorities and design data solutions that drive measurable impact.
- Facilitate cross functional discussions that connect data to business context and lead to aligned action.
- Identify emerging patterns, risks, and opportunities to help the organization stay ahead of change.
- Maintain strong data governance, quality standards, and documentation across analytics assets.
You have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Math or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, strategy, data science, or decision enablement roles.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Expert‑level Power BI skills, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Strong Python skills for data manipulation, automation, and analytical workflows.
- Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Travel 25%
- Location: Vancouver (In Office)

- Experience in presenting to business and leadership teams
- Experience with Power Automate, R and Python
- Experience with MS Azure

What We Offer:
- Competitive base salary with an annual bonus opportunity. The typical salary range for this position is $93,015- $110,500, may vary depending on location, education, and relevant experience.
