Senior Business Analyst
Location: Vancouver, BC (In office)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives that optimize business operations, improve decision-making, and drive efficiency. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in business analysis methodologies, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be skilled in stakeholder management, data analysis, and process improvement.
You’ll Have:
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop models and dashboards to measure performance, optimize growth, and track key business metrics.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to track KPIs, define success metrics, and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Perform gap analysis to assess current state versus desired future state and recommend viable solutions.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align business operations with strategic objectives.
- Present complex findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format for executive stakeholders.
You’ll Do:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, and process optimization.
- Expertise in business intelligence and data analytics tools - Power BI (required), Python (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Location: Vancouver, BC (In Office 4 days per week)

- Travel 25%
