You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate, maintain, and improve the DeltaV Distributed Control System (DCS) across your assigned area.
  • Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and recommend/implement process improvements.
  • Manage technical documentation and ensure up-to-date records are maintained.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, operations, and engineering to ensure smooth and safe operation of mill systems.

You’ll Have:

  • A diploma or degree in Chemical, Process, or Electrical Engineering, OR certification as a Journeyperson Instrumentation or Electrician.
  • 3–5+ years of experience working with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) in an industrial setting; we're seeking candidates at the intermediate to senior level, and total compensation will reflect your skills, experience, and expertise.
  • Strong understanding of control system design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced industrial environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
    Bonus assets:
    - Power Engineering certification
      - Experience in the Pulp & Paper industry
      - Familiarity with GE, DeltaV, Provox, and PI ProcessBook systems
