Accounts Payable Administrator

Reporting to our Office Manager, this position will support our Administration group.

You'll Do:

• Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support and assist the team with reports
• Perform all Accounts Payable duties and ensure vendors are well managed and payments are issued in a timely manner
• Coordinate Shipping and be the head liaison for truckers on site
• Provide backup assistance to Woods Clerk
• Other clerical and administrative duties as required

 You'll Have:

• Minimum of four years of administrative experience
• Excellent computer skills with a heavy focus on MS Excel and MS Access
• Strong attention to detail in accounts payable processes with proven accuracy  
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Quick learner and adaptable
• Available to work between the hours of 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Considered an asset:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in administration-related field
• Experience working in Oracle
