West Fraser Treated Products (CLSAB Certified)
West Fraser produces preserved lumber, plywood, and roundwood at its modern treating plant in Sundre, Alberta. This plant is certified by Environment Canada and Wood Preservation Canada. West Fraser offers a full line of products that are CLSAB certified (Canadian Lumber Standards Accreditation Board). West Fraser Treated products are available from distribution yards and retail stores across Western Canada and Ontario.

2x4 & 2x6 Radius Edge Decking
- 8-16’ in miniature lifts of 168 pcs in 2x4 and 108 pcs in 2x6
- Introduced in 1998 as “Sunpine Barefoot Decking”
- Dominant decking product in the Canadian Prairie region
- WF/Sundre Forest Products (Alberta) produces all products in house
- Fibre is selected in the rough form in the sawmill by computer scanners
- Kiln dried to treating plant specifications
- Staged in planer runs twice/month. Graded to strict standards by computer scan and human visual graders.
