Maintenance Electrical Journeyman
As a member of our Electrical team you will be required to do electrical maintenance for the purposes of providing safe and efficient services to the plant.  Primary objectives will be to achieve plant wide performance and availability targets while optimizing the safety of operating equipment. Availability for various shift schedules will be key expectations for this role.

This position will be of interest to individuals who have a minimum of five years experience in a wood product environment or other similar Industries, with an established record of successfully being a team player in an electrical department with respect to safety, productivity, and mill performance. Proven interpersonal and communication skills coupled with a demonstrated capacity to participate in an engaged team will be essential requirements for the job.

Qualified applicants will possess relevant post-secondary education including an Electrical trade qualification plus a good working knowledge of equipment such as Allen Bradley PLC’s, Control Logix, and computer networking, and exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
