West Fraser Mills Ltd. Slave Lake Division is currently looking for a Full Time Silviculture Forester as well as a Harvesting Supervisor to assist in the management of our forestry operations. These positions offer a challenging, diverse and exciting opportunity to become part of our professional resource management team. Our team works hard to apply progressive forestry practices to the area we manage.

We are looking for candidates who can manage a full range of responsibilities in a cost effective manner while working in a team environment. The positions require dynamic, career-minded individuals with excellent organization and communication skills.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Forestry / Forest Technologist Diploma
• Eligible to register with one of the Alberta Professional Forestry Colleges
• A strong focus on safety
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Please note: Preference will be given to applicants with RPF or RFT designations.
