Openings exist in the Medium Density Fiberboard plant for Shift Electricians. As a member of the Electrical team you must demonstrate safe working habits in the repairs, preventative maintenance and installation of all electrical equipment to provide an environment for achieving safety and production goals.
Candidates must have an Alberta or Interprovincial Journeyman Electrical Certificate.
Maintenance experience, familiarity with PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives and computer literacy would be an asset.
The successful candidate must be willing to work rotating shift work and function well within a team system where high value is placed on individuals and teams accepting responsibility and accountability for achieving defined goals. Relocation to the area is also required.
