Head Electrician

This position requires an individual who will lead the electrical department and perform a variety of tasks related to the safe and efficient application of the technical skills and knowledge of an Electrician in the installation and repair and maintenance of electrical and electronic systems; to ensure the quality and standards of service to safety and production is maintained.

Our ideal Candidate must possess a Journeyman certificate, and has a good working knowledge of automated milling operations, computerized systems and is capable of operating associated computer programs, PLC knowledge ( PLC5 and control logix) is a definite asset. Extensive experience with VFD’s and DC drives and motors is preferred. Supervisory experience would be preferred but is not essential. Good interpersonal and communication skills round out your qualifications.
