The successful incumbents must possess an Alberta or Interprovincial certificate with industrial experience. Preference will be given to the candidates who also possess a second trade certification. The ideal candidates must show high motivational and organizational skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills while be able to effectively working in a team environment.
