ELECTRICAL/INSTRUMENTATION
SUPERVISOR/PLANNER

General
The E/I Maintenance Supervisor/Planner will provide detailed engineering analysis of production, electrical or instrumentation work requests as outlined or requested by the E/I Reliability Superintendent. The individual is expected to provide input relating to electrical or instrumentation for process improvements, equipment maintenance, production increases and process evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Planning and scheduling for Electrical, Instrument and HVAC crews
• Supervising a maintenance crew safely and effectively as required
• Managing maintenance costs
• Improving preventive maintenance programs

Qualifications

• As the successful candidate, you possess a post secondary degree/diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical Engineering or Electrician, Instrument Mechanic or equivalent trade certification.
• Strong leadership, planning, budgeting and problem solving skills are required.
• Supervisory experience in either a pulpmill or heavy industrial setting is an asset.  
• A sound knowledge of computer software/applications is essential.
