Management Area (FMA) that we manage.
We are currently looking for a full time forestry professional to assist in planning activities in support of
an annual timber harvest of 1.4 million cubic metres.
The successful candidate will manage a wide range of responsibilities in a cost effective manner
including field reconnaissance, block and road design, public referrals, and the preparation of harvest
plans. The individual will also have:
- A strong focus on safety and the ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills including familiarity with MS Office
Candidates must also be registered, or be eligible to register, with the College of Alberta Professional
Foresters or Forest Technologists.
