| Mechanical Maintenance Superintendent |
The candidate must have demonstrated success in the development and motivation of
employees and the use and implementation of team skills. In this role the successful
candidate will report to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager and work closely with
Operating Areas providing leadership on both daily and long-term basis.
Leadership in safety, preventive maintenance and cost control are key elements in guiding
the Area Maintenance Team. Pulp and paper maintenance supervision is a desired asset,
but candidates with related experience will be considered.
The ideal candidate will possess significant supervisory management experience, strong
computer skills, and a strong mechanical/process background.
