3rd or 4th Class Power Engineer required to operate a Thermal Liquid Heating System that has recently been constructed at the plant site. The successful candidate(s) will be required to oversee the operation of the Thermal Liquid Heating System plus become involved with all aspects associated with the Dry Kiln operation. This includes drying lumber, operating forklifts, loading kilns, and lumber inventory control.

Blue Ridge Lumber Inc. is a division of West Fraser Mills Ltd. and is a state of the art facility which produces dimensional lumber. Blue Ridge Lumber Inc. shares a common site with the modern medium density fiberboard plant. The plansite is located near the towns of Whitecourt and Mayerthorpe in central Alberta.
